My eyelashes come and go as they see fit, but happily I still have full hair growth on my legs and underarms so still have the pleasure of shaving – not that I am bitter!!
When you find yourself in this situation there is nothing anybody can say to make you feel any better, more confident or more optimistic about yourself or the future. The only thing I can say is that is does get better and you do learn to live with it. If someone had told me two years ago I would live with this condition the way I do today, I would not have believed them. There are still some days where it gets me down, or I worry about it but they are very few and far between. Most days I don’t give it a single thought. The support and help I received from Bloomsbury of London has helped me move on with my life and live with this condition. I am very grateful for their support and don’t know where I would be without the help I get from them, it does not bear thinking about!!
