I first met Graham when my hair loss was not very pronounced. Both Graham and everyone were very kind, discrete and understanding of my situation. As a hair loss sufferer himself he was sympathetic and able to understand exactly what I was going through. I discussed the different non surgical options available, though I was recommended initially to wait before having any type of hair system. For the next few months I spent a period of time (and money) trying various other treatments recommended by my dermatologist and trichologist.

It is now over two years since I first had my alopecia diagnosed and about 18 months since I bought my first hair system. I decided to bite the bullet and get a hair system once my hair loss had progressed to a noticeable stage.
